Death's Head of Bhaal Blythe is a human Death's Head of Bhaal found in the Undercity outside the Guildhall in Act Three.

Involvement

Blythe can be found alongside Dogaletto, Kryss, and Phylle attacking refugees. If the party has made a deal with Orin, they will not be immediately hostile.
