Borgus Elamin is an Elven member of the Zhentarim visiting Sharess' Caress in Wyrm's Crossing. He can be found whispering to Earspoon in Act Three.

Act Three

Borgus and Earspoon are whispering to each other in the rear of Sharess' Caress. When approached, the party will make a few ability checks to determine they are talking about Nine-Fingers Keene. The party can ask Earspoon where Nine-Fingers is by passing another ability check.
