She sells Books and Scrolls, including Scrolls of Revivify. Nansi donated several copies of Lord Gortash's memoirs to the refugees at Baldur's Gate as recorded on the Donation Record.

Nansi Gretta's Attitude towards the party may change depending on the outcome of Stop the Presses quest.

Nansi Gretta is an exceptionally easy trader to steal from due to the fact that she's in an isolated room completely by herself. Her stash of scrolls can also potentially include valuable ones such as Scroll of Globe of Invulnerability or Scroll of Otiluke's Freezing Sphere.
