Act Three[edit | edit source]

Phlanders' boss Figaro is one of the murder targets during the quest Investigate the Murders. If Dolor escapes at the Wine Festival, he will travel to the Facemaker's Botique to kill Figaro.

If Figaro is killed, Phlanders will take his place as a Trader.

Store[edit | edit source]

Corresponds to LOW_Figaro_Assistant, similar to Figaro's store but with less selection.
