Duke Ravengard's Longsword is a rare, +1 Longsword that grants the wielder temporary hit points to allies equal to the wielder's Charisma modifier, and also increases the wielder's Charisma by +2.
Cradling his newborn son awkwardly, the Duke's face pulled into a rictus of misery. His love Francesca smiled at him, briefly, and died. He stared at her until the boy cried, and he told the boy it would be all right, though he himself did not believe it.

Where to find
- Wyrm's Rock Prison: Can be looted from the body of Duke Ulder Ravengard if killed.
- Campsite: Can be looted from Duke Ulder Ravengard if he joins the camp, by casting . The spell must be cast by a character who is not considered an ally: Either by a companion that was not part of the original rescue party, or using a disguise to alter your appearance. Wyll will permanently leave the party and turn hostile if the Duke notices his sword being stolen. This can be prevented by immediately leaving the camp after picking up the sword.
Notes
- The mouse-over tooltip doesn't mention it when you have the sword equipped, but the sword doesn't let you pass 24 Charisma.
Bugs
- The temporary hit points granted by the Stirring Execution feature are actually based on the Charisma modifier of the character receiving them, not the character holding the sword. The minimum of 1 still applies.
