BOOOAL's Blessing

• Advantage on Attack rolls against Bleeding creatures, as long as there are Kuo-toa to worship BOOOAL.

Sources of BOOOAL's Blessing

• Use the Sickle of BOOOAL to sacrifice a true companion to BOOOAL in order to obtain this as a permanent buff.
  • The player must have two companions in your party. You can have one true companion (Laezel, Shadowheart, Gale, etc.) and a hireling for the right dialogue to appear.
• By pickpocketing the Sickle and passing dialogue checks, the player can get the buff for the entire active party without having to sacrifice a companion.

Notes

• The buff will disappear if BOOOAL is killed.
