Rossina is a forest gnome on a stroll on the docks east of Philgrave's Mansion in the Lower City.

Involvement

Rossina is first initially seen on the edge of the docks nearby Philgrave's Mansion and Heapside Strand, face to face with Grout, whom she is on a date with.

Should the Sahuagin attack the docks and both Rossigna and Grout survive, she'll be ecstatic at how unusual the date happened to be, in contrast to her date's horror.
