- Each of the two keys found in the sarcophagus can unlock one Opulent Chest at the other end of the Ancient Mausoleum at X: 1092 Y: 855 and X: 1097 Y: 855.
- Despite the name, this key is not associated with the Grand Mausoleum in the Shadow-Cursed Lands, but with the Ancient Mausoleum in Lower City.
