Legendary Action: Leaping Static is a passive feature available to Bernard in Honour mode. It lets Bernard use the legendary action Leaping Static as a reaction to being attacked.
Description
Once per round, Bernard can spend a Legendary Action to immediately launch 
at a foe after being attacked.
Legendary Actions restore at the start of each round.
Condition: Legendary Action: Leaping Static
- Bernard can fire Leaping Static at the first foe that attacks it each round.
