The player can choose to give Yenna some money or food, suggest they find a guard to help her, tell her her mother is likely dead, or simply leave.
Regardless of the option chosen, Yenna and Grub will show up at the campsite and she will ask if they can stay there. The player has the option to accept her into the camp, or kick her out.

If none of the candidate companions are at camp when Orin kidnaps someone, Yenna will be taken instead. If she is kidnapped, her cat Grub will be killed and cooked on a skewer by Orin. To ensure that Yenna is not kidnapped, make sure Lae'zel, Gale, Halsin or Minthara are at camp after finding out about a shapeshifter infiltrating your camp. Alternatively, to ensure Yenna is taken, put Halsin, Minthara, Lae'zel, and Gale into the party.
If Lae'zel is kidnapped, Yenna may be murdered by Orin in Lae'zel's form if the kidnapping occurs at camp, and the player fails to pass a speech skill check to stop her. If the player succeeds the skill check, Yenna will be shaken by the events, but recovers quickly and starts to sell soup at camp.
