Interacting with the Unusual Skull has Dialog
Don't know if this is a new feature or not. The wiki currently says interacting with the skull in the cell at Wyrm's Rock Prison does nothing, but I have encountered a dialog. It asks you to solve two riddles in order to escape the cell.
The skull is in fact interactive.
Get yourself caught by guard doing something illegal and proceed to be put in prison. You end up in the cell with the skull. Now you can interact with it. It's used to be teleported out of the cell by answering two riddles.
