Legendary Action: Spectral Aspect is a passive feature that can grant a special spectral form after being struck

Description

Once per round, Balthazar can use his Legendary Action to adopt a  Spectral Aspect after being struck.

Condition: Spectral Aspect

 Spectral Aspect

• This creature has Resistance to Acid, Fire, Lightning, and Thunder damage, and is Immune to Cold and Necrotic damage.
• Creatures that strike it become  Bone Chilled for 2 turns.
• It cannot be  Frightened,  Paralysed,  Petrified,  Restrained or made  Prone.
• It can also  Fly while in this ghostly form.
