Morbus can be found in the graveyard playing hide and seek with Pookums. If the player speaks to him, Morbus will explain that he is looking for is buried sister so that they can be together again.
He can also be spoken to regarding the quest Find Mystic Carrion's Servant. Morbus will remember that Thrumbo said "down the stairs, across the sand".
