Blood Thirst is a passive feature that allows the wearer to deal extra damage if they themselves are injured.
Description
Unarmed and melee attacks will deal an extra 2Necrotic damage as long as you don't have your full health. If you don't deal any damage this turn, you will take 1d4Necrotic damage at the end of your turn.

- Blood Thirst's damage boost is always active for unarmed strikes regardless of having full health or not.
- Blood Thirst does not damage the wearer unless they are in combat, even if they are in turn-based mode.
