Conversation

Haarlep inquires as to why the player is at the House of Hope. A game of desire will ensue unless the player refuses. Agreeing to play will lead to a series of attempts at resisting Haarlep's seduction. Refusing to play will cause a fight.

Outcomes

  • Completely giving in to temptation will lead to death. This is a permanent death, resurrection is not possible. If this happens to the main character it is a game over. If it happens to a companion, the key to the safe will be next to the companion's corpse on the bed.
  • Letting go of the body, but keeping the soul, will result in random prompts throughout the rest of the game. The reason being Haarlep having intercourse in the shape of the player.
  • Surviving the conversation will give the option to ask about the Orphic Hammer. Haarlep will reveal a hidden safe in the room.
