Grease is a type of Area. It is a slippery surface that has a chance to knock a creature  Prone. It is considered  Difficult Terrain.

Hunger of Hadar is a type of Area. It is a dark cloud that  Blinds and damages creatures within.

Creatures starting their turn within the cloud take

2d6 (2~12) Cold

damage.
Creatures ending their turn within the cloud take

2d6 (2~12) Acid (Dexterity save to halve)

damage.

Conditions

 Blinded

• Ranged attacks and spells have a range of 3 m / 10 ft and Attack Rolls suffer Disadvantage.
• Attack Rolls against Blinded creatures have Advantage.
