Manip Nestor is a Dwarven member of the Flaming Fist. He can be guarding the Requisitioned Barn in Rivington during Act Three.
Nestor accepts donations of gold (500) or supplies (40) to the refugees. Offering a donation earns the 
Inspirational Event Food for the Soul (Acolyte background), Sharing the Spoils (Soldier background) or Alms for the Unfortunate (Noble background).
