Blinded - Ranged attacks and spells have a range of
3 m / 10 ft and Attack Rolls suffer 
Disadvantage. - Attack Rolls against Blinded creatures have
Advantage.

Notes
- This condition loses duration at the beginning of the turn, which means that if an enemy has has 1 turn of Blinded left just before its turn, it is no longer Blinded during its turn.
- Blinded creatures can't make Opportunity Attacks.
