Found in Topaz's nest in the Druid Grove. X: 228 Y: 492 It can be stolen or freely taken after talking to Topaz and passing either a Persuasion or Deception check

Usage

A Shiny Chest North-West from Topaz's nest, immediately to the right atop the stone pillars. A mobility spell or ability is advised to reach the chest, but you can just jump down on the pillar from above.
