Breg is a Goblin Sharp-Eye in the Goblin Camp in Act One. He is hanging around the eastern courtyard, listening to Novice Crusher boasting. Once the interaction with the egoistical goblin is over, Breg along with the rest of the crowd will go to an empty table close to the cooking split to enjoy the party. If you bested Crusher, he admits to being a new fan for you.
