• Class Level 3: Bard, Sorcerer, Wizard, and Great Old One

• Class Level 8: Arcane Trickster, and Eldritch Knight

Notes

• Granted by Uncovered Mysteries. Recharge: Long rest
• Granted by Mask of Soul Perception. Recharge: Short rest
• Granted by Potion of Mind Reading.
• When attempting to use Detect Thoughts on an NPC, an Intelligence or Wisdom Ability Check is rolled. On a failure, the NPC may become hostile.
