Blade Flourish is an enhancement to Bardic Inspiration available to College of Swords College of Swordss that provides a series of Weapon Actions that all require a Bardic Inspiration Charge to use. Normal Bardic Inspiration actions are still available to College of Swords College of Swordss.

Note: the Bardic Inspiration Charge is only used up if the attack hits.

Blade Flourish options:

  • Defensive Flourish (Melee) Icon.png Defensive Flourish (Melee): Attack defensively, increasing your Armour Class Armour Class by 4 if you hit.
    •  Melee: 1.5 m / 5  ft, Duration: 1 turn
  • Defensive Flourish (Ranged) Icon.png Defensive Flourish (Ranged): Attack defensively, increasing your Armour Class Armour Class by 4 if you hit.
    •  Melee: 1.5 m / 5  ft, Duration: 1 turn
  • Slashing Flourish (Melee) Icon.png Slashing Flourish (Melee): Attack up to 2 enemies at once.
    • AoE: 2 m / 7 ft (Radius)
  • Slashing Flourish (Ranged) Icon.png Slashing Flourish (Ranged): Attack up to 2 enemies at once.
    •  Melee: 1.5 m / 5  ft
  • Mobile Flourish (Melee) Icon.png Mobile Flourish (Melee): Thrust your weapon with enough force to push your target back 6 m / 20 ft. Afterwards, you can Teleport to the target.
    •  Melee: 1.5 m / 5  ft
  • Mobile Flourish (Ranged) Icon.png Mobile Flourish (Ranged): Shoot a target with enough force to push it back 6 m / 20 ft. Afterwards, you can Teleport to the target.
    •  Melee: 1.5 m / 5  ft

Notes

  • Slashing Flourish (Ranged) simply lets you select two targets of your choice using the targeting system of Magic Missile.
  • Slashing Flourish (Melee) does a cleave and hits 2 targets.
  • Both Mobile Flourish teleports use standard movement.
    • In order to teleport you need 6 m / 20 ft movement remaining plus whatever distance you are from the target before the push.
