Must complete companion quest

Yes, her quest must be done to be able to get the final romance scene, As well as in act 1 if you wish to make her a non sharran in that run and get the non sharran shadowheart romance scene, you must know she likes night orchids and can't swim. (find out she worships Shar first before asking to get to know her more, because she wont tell you if you ask her before she confesses shes a follower of Shar.) If you wish for her to be a Sharran the information about her inability to swim and her love for night orchids is optional. (not really, learn that stuff about her.
