- You're pretty sure you could speak to animals if you tried.

- Fall unconscious from copious alcohol consumption.
- Duration: 5 turns
- You will then be sent to jail, even if this item is consumed when you have made camp for the night.

- Begin an elaborate jig that stops you from taking movement and actions, gives you Disadvantage on attacks and Dexterity Saving Throws. Enemies have Advantage on attacks against you while you boogie.

Notes
- Purity of Body makes Monks immune to the effects of Hoot's Hooch.
Bugs
- Hoots' Hooch: Bad Breath is bugged. Enemies do not get the Nauseous effect. Instead, when a character with Hoots' Hooch: Bad Breath is hit with a melee attack, that character makes a CON save against "%%% Empty".
