• Rewarded by Alfira for successfully completing Rescue the Tieflings in Act Two. Alfira must be alive to receive this item; although the quest can be completed with her dead, there is no one else to provide this specific reward.

Notes

• Gregarious Caster stacks with similar effects such as the Draconic Bloodline Sorcerer's Elemental Affinity feature and the Necklace of Elemental Augmentation, leading to the ability modifier potentially being added to the damage of certain spells several times.
