Tactics and strategy

Tactician:

The Steel Watcher Titan will always trigger Defense Protocol: Bulwark before activating Targeting Profile: Hellfire Missiles and Self-Detonate. These can be interrupted by damaging it enough to remove all of the temporary hp granted by Defense Protocol: Bulwark, 75 thp.

Flashblinder grenades are exceedingly effective in this fight. Not only will they Stun the Titan (and the other Steel Watchers in the fight) for 2 turns, they will also instantly remove  Defensive Protocol: Bulwark. In Honour mode, Flashblinders become even stronger since the guaranteed stun ignores the Titan's  Legendary Resistance and since Defensive Protocol is significantly buffed compared to lower difficulties.

Watcher Greatsword - Main Hand Attack

3d12 + 6 (9~42) Slashing

• Strike with a colossal blade to knock a target  Prone and  Maim them.

 Multiattack

6d12 + 12 (18~84) Slashing

• This Steel Watcher can  Multiattack any  Prone,  Maimed, or  Restrained creature.

 Hellfire Curse

• Induce a spark of hellfire within a target to give them Disadvantage on Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution Saving throws.

2d12 (2~24) Bludgeoning

• Shoot a projectile that possibly  Restrains your target.

 Defensive Protocol: Bulwark

• Hunker down into an  Unyielding state and  Repair yourself. While hunkered, you can launch  Hellfire Missiles and  Repel combatants.

 Terminate Bulwark Protocol

• End your  Defensive Protocol: Bulwark and return to your normal combat calibration.

• Expel a wave of force to push assailants back 9 m / 30 ft and knock them  Prone.

• Prime and aim your  Hellfire Missiles at a target to fire on your next turn.
