Notes on Raphael's first encounter

"The first encounter with Raphael is triggered when the following requirements have all been met: 1. Player has crossed the bridge from the Druid Grove toward the Blighted Village. 2. Player takes a Long Rest." This is incorrect. In all of my playthroughts, I've never crossed the bridge before meeting Raphael, he's always shown up before it.
