Praise be to Lolth, Mother of All Drow. Her web binds us, body and soul, and strangles the unworthy before they can draw breath.
Excerpt from a lengthy speech by Grand Matron Tarrae, recored in On Educating the Faithful

Lolth, also known as the Queen of Spiders, is the most influential goddess of the Drow, being the leader of the Dark Seldarine pantheon. Bloodshed, cruelty, betrayal and absolute veneration are aspects Lolth revels in, largely explaining Drow society. She is associated with the domains of Trickery and War.

This deity can be selected by player Cleric, except for Seldarine Drow.
