Polymorph is a level 4 transmutation spell. This spell transforms a creature into a sheep.
Description
Transform a creature into a harmless sheep. If the sheep's Hit Points drop to 0, the target reverts to its original form with its original Hit Points.

Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.

Duration: 5 turns
- Creature is turned into a harmless sheep with 3 Hit Points for 5 turns.
- If the sheep's Hit Points are reduced to 0, the creature reverts to its original form with its original Hit Points.
