Upper City is a location in Baldur's Gate in Act Three. The Upper City can only be accessed during the quest Confront the Elder Brain.
Notable locations
- Ramazith's Tower - is the only location in the Upper City that can be accessed before starting the final quest. It can be accessed through a portal in Sorcerous Sundries.
