Ferg Drogher is an opportunistic trader taking looking to make gold off the refugees in Rivington. He buys heirlooms from desperate refugees in need of gold, and trades their goods elsewhere with his shadowy supplier.
Ferg is the Sharran lookout watching for Shadowheart's return. If Shadowheart is in your party he will call out, and if you initiate dialogue with him he will walk away when the dialogue is done, never to return.
Ferg has a special stock of goods, which he can be convinced to sell.
