Ring of Mental Inhibition is an uncommon Ring that grants the wearer gives a mentally weakening condition on enemies who fail to Save against spells and abilities.
The patterns in the ring's swirling metal make your head spin whenever you look at them for too long.

The wearer of this item gains:
- Mental Inhibition: When a foe fails a Saving Throw Against one of your spells or actions, they gain for 2 turns.
Where to find
- * Can be found inside a locked chest in the Ruined Battlefield X: 76 Y: 40, of the Shadow-Cursed Lands, just east of the Shadowed Battlefield Waypoint.
Conditions
Duration: 2 turns
- Affected entity has a -1 penalty to Wisdom, Intelligence and Charisma saving throws for every turn remaining.
- When it fails a Wisdom, Intelligence, or Charisma saving throw while having 5 or more turns of this condition remaining, the entity takes 1d4Psychic damage and is no longer mentally fatigued.
- Mental Fatigue has a maximum Duration: 7 turns.
