For some reason his model is extremely bright. Even if all light sources near him has been put out.
Pickpocket concerns
Yurgir has Infernal Metal if you pickpocket him, but not the crossbow. I don't know where to put that in the template. I'm going to mess with it, but I wanted to make this note in case I don't find it or see a squirrel of some kind.
