The Slayer form is a powerful ability granted to the most dedicated follower of Bhaal. It usually appears as a form Orin the Red takes during her boss battle, and functions very similarly to Wild Shape or being Polymorphed. The user of the form takes on all the statistics of the Slayer, and all of their actions are replaced by the Slayer's own. With a powerful multiattack, a distance-closing leap, a devastating single attack, as well as an action that can inflict bleeding, the Slayer is an especially powerful form allowing the user to tear through their enemies with ease.
Spoiler warning! This section reveals details about the story of Baldur's Gate 3.
Should The Dark Urge refuse any of these actions, they will receive another chance to obtain this form should they defeat Orin the Red in a duel. The avatar of Bhaal, speaking through Sceleritas Fel will grant this form should it be accepted.
It is worth noting that should The Dark Urge acquire the Slayer form before Act 3, Orin the Red will lose access to the Slayer, and will fight in her standard humanoid form.Abilities
Slay: Deal 4d6+5 (9~29)Slashing Damage.
Multiattack: Strike at an enemy four times, each attack dealing 1d4Slashing damage, for a total of 4d4 (4~16)Slashing.
Sumptuous Blood Bath: Deal 4~32 (2d10) Slashing Damage, inflict Bleeding, and heal 1d4hit points of your own.
Let the Slaughter Begin: Mark nearby creatures so their deaths make you harder to kill. For each marked creature killed, you gain +1 AC. This is lost should the Slayer avoid an attack.
Relentless Lunge: Deal 2d6+5 (7~17)Bludgeoning Damage, and leap to the selected location, up to 32ft away. Any foes near your landing will roll a Strength Saving throw. On a fail, they are knocked prone.
