Stillmaker is a very rare, moderately enchanted (+2) variant of the Daggers family of weapons that grants the wielder the 
spell.
The dagger's twisting blade is designed to nick the flesh as many times as possible, allowing its paralytic poison to flow effortlessly into any unfortunate target.
