Withering Theft is a level 4 necromancy spell. This spell allows spellcasters to siphon the life force of their target. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Rob a creature of its life force and gain 
20 temporary hit points.

Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
Condition: Withering Life Force
Duration: Until Long rest
- Stole a creature's life force and gained 20 temporary hit points.
- Reconstituted Arcanists can hand their Withering Life Force to other creatures.
