:Corrected, thanks! I suspect that to be a feature, not a bug, since the Everburn Blade has the same flame effect and is also not dippable.[[User:T-Furan|T-Furan]] ([[User talk:T-Furan|talk]]) 19:48, 24 January 2024 (CET) | :Corrected, thanks! For some reason, the axe's fire visual wasn't active any longer after it hadn't been in use for a day or two (left it on a character who spent a day or two at camp). So I went and tried to dip it in fire to see if that would bring back the visual effect. I was able to dip the axe in a standing torch, the effect came back and, so far, has stayed active. Haven't long rested yet since I dipped it and I didn't try dipping again (while it was shown as burning), nor did I check if the extra fire-damage was still applied while the axe looked "extinguished". Should probably clarify: For some reason, the axe's fire visual wasn't active any longer after it hadn't been in use for a day or two (left it on a character who spent a day or two at camp). So I went and tried to dip it in fire to see if that would bring back the visual effect. I was able to dip the axe in a standing torch, the effect came back and, so far, has stayed active.
