I am once again writing to inform you that one of your pigeons that was destined for the barracks has instead arrived at Basilisk Gate. 'Secure Homes and Streets - for Citizens!' Baldurians responded positively to security for themselves, especially if it could be paid for by levies on non-citizens.

'Housing and Prosperity - for Those who Deserve It!' There was strong agreement with the proposition that those who work hard have the right to live well.

Articles and editorials propounding these concepts will be conveyed to Ettvard Needle for placement in the Mouth.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am once again writing to inform you that one of your pigeons that was destined for the barracks has instead arrived at Basilisk Gate. We're not a postal service, even less a birdhouse, so please could you kindly come and collect the creature as a matter of urgency. Or send one of your Fists to do so. Thank you.
