Owned by merchant Oliver Tefoco, it is southeast of The Blushing Mermaid at X: -76 Y: -112.
The building has three floors and a basement accessible via a locked hatch on the first floor.

- The basement of the Beehive General Goods has multiple hidden containers. There is a safe hidden behind a painting on the wall, and a wall that is breakable that reveals a hidden chest with a blast trap in front of it.
