Constrict

Constrict is a class action exclusive to Shadow-Cursed Vine Blights. It restrains and damages a target as long as the blight maintains concentration. It spreads shadow-cursed vines in an area leading to and around the target. The blight is considered  Constricting while concentrating on this ability and cannot move or act.

Wrap your cursed tendrils around a creature to constrict it.

• Can be removed by  Help.

Notes

•  Land's Stride: Advantage gives Advantage on the saving throw of this ability.
•  Land's Stride: Plants,  Freedom of Movement, and similar features will prevent you from being restrained by this ability, but the initial damage will still be applied on a failed save. If this happens, the blight will continue to behave as if it successfully restrained its target.
