Withering Barrier is a passive feature that deals damage to all nearby creatures if they attack the wearer.
Description
When you deal Necrotic damage, you gain 1d6 temporary hit points. If a melee attack hits you while you still have temporary hit points, you deal 1d6Piercing to all creatures within 3 m / 10 ft.
