Bone Chill is a cantrip (Necromancy). It deals Necrotic damage and prevents the target from regaining Hit Points.
Description
Prevent the target from healing until your next turn. An undead target receives Disadvantage on Attack rolls.

- Class Level 2: Circle of the Spores (Circle Spell)
- Class Level 3: Eldritch Knight, and Arcane Trickster
- Class Level 6: College of Lore (via Magical Secrets)
- Class Level 10: Bard (via Magical Secrets)
Races:
- Character level 1: High Elf, and High Half-Elf
(Character level is the sum of all class levels for a multi-classed character.)
