Another Hobgoblin Named Kled uses Galvanise in Act 3, He's at Old Garlow's Place, he looks almost exactly like Dror Ragzlin and has most of if not all the same stats. Another Uses Galvanise[edit source]
Another Hobgoblin Named Kled uses Galvanise in Act 3, He's at Old Garlow's Place, he looks almost exactly like Dror Ragzlin and has most of if not all the same stats.
