You can skip first few steps and got directly to fight with [[Meenlock|Meenlocks]] if you climb down the roots found in the abandoned house by the river just east of the [[Last Light Inn]] (you would need full protection from shadow curse from [[Moonlantern]] or [[Filigreed Feywild Bell]]). After the fight reading [[Halfred's Note]] starts this quest on Investigate the Masons' Guild step. | |||
