Heartwrench is a level 4 illusion spell. It is cast as a legendary reaction available to Viconia DeVir in Honour mode. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Rend a target with a psychic barrage after you or an ally is struck by a 
creature.
Properties
Range: 18 m / 60 ftAt higher levels
Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
