Drunken Inhale is a level 1 evocation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to damage and intoxicate creatures in an area in front of them. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Compel foes toward you with an intoxicating wind that makes them Drunk Drunk.
