Lunar Flare is a level 2 evocation spell. This spell is available to Dame Aylin, and hits enemies with radiant bolt that deals 
Radiant damage, Holy Fire, and grants Advantage to Attack Roll made against them.
Description
Fire a mote of moonlight that spills roiling in a 2m radius where it impacts.
