- * Found on a stone slab at the Wolf altar in the Hidden Vault X: 183 Y: -82, unlocked by solving the Enclave Library Puzzle in the Druid Grove.
Notes
- It's implied in Act Two that Sorrow belonged to Halsin, and he was once forced to use it to kill his Shadow-Cursed former Archdruid, hence its name and its being locked in the Grove.
