The Template:RarityColoredText is a pair of rare Boots that allows the wearer to click their heels for a burst of speed that makes it difficult for enemies to land Attacks of Opportunity on them.
Featherlaced and flexible of sole, these boots have been used to round up - and outrun - many a foe.
