Sharess' Caress is a location in Wyrm's Crossing in Act Three. It is a house of pleasure run by Mamzell Amira and Kira, named for the Faerûnian goddess of festhalls, hedonism, and sensual fulfillment.
Overview
Sharess' Caress can be found just inside and to the east of the southern entrance to Wyrm's Crossing.
Lower floors
From the main entrance, just inside the building is Mamzell Amira and Kira. Across from them is Hoots Hooligan who is tending bar.
Behind a curtain to the south are the Orlith twins, Sorn and Nym, who can be hired for an evening. Arfur Gregorio may also be here after an encounter outside his house in Rivington
Up on the balcony Valeria will be getting sauced at a table, after meeting her at the Open Hand Temple. If the player has gathered evidence for the quest Solve the Open Hand Temple Murders, she will give them a pass to enter the Lower City.
There is also a kitchen, where Sauceman Chorizo can sell the player a couple of Camp Supplies, and a basement down the stairs where a rat is planning a revolution.
On the upper floor are several rooms for use by the worker: Nymph's Grotto, Elminster's Library, Devil's Den and the Underdark room.
Nymph's Grotto
In the grotto is Naoise Nallinto and a Flaming Fist. If the party enters the room and interrupts them, the Fist will undergo ceremorphosis and have to be fought. Afterwards, Naoise will give the player a Superior Elixir of Arcane Cultivation or the condition 
.
Devil's Den
Inside the Devil's Den, Raphael and Kith'rak Voss will be arguing. Once Voss leaves, Raphael will offer a deal to the player, which can be accepted at any later time.
Elminster's Library
A BDSM den themed around schooling and knowledge, this room may be searched for clues related to Find the 'Stern Librarian' Ffion.
